🚀 CoolerWaifuDiffusion模型

CoolerWaifuDiffusion模型是由特定模型融合而成的文本到图像生成模型，可在colab的WebUI上运行，能生成具有特定风格的图像，适用于动漫艺术创作等领域。

本模型是 CoolJapanDiffusion 2.1.1 和 WaifuDiffusion 1.4 anime epoch2 的融合模型，各模型的融合比例如ckpt文件名所示。你可以在colab的WebUI上运行该模型，具体操作如下：

使用以下命令下载模型文件：

经测试发现，URL必须用引号括起来，否则可能会报错，请务必注意。

注意事项

由于上传者为日语母语者，若翻译版本与日语原版存在含义差异，以日语原版 为准。

许可证概述

本模型采用的许可证是基于CreativeML Open RAIL-M进行自由主义解读和重构的。在这种解读下，CreativeML Open RAIL-M的限制仍然有效。

主要差异

• 违法性判断：基于无罪推定原则，仅在有罪判定成立时认定违法（在有罪判定之前，即使看起来可能违反法律，许可方也不认为其违法）。例如，在日本，只要二次创作在一定范围内且版权所有者不起诉，实际上不会被视为有问题。
• 产物版权：模型及派生模型的生成产物必须遵循公共领域（CC0 1.0）许可，确保包括生成者在内的任何人都可以自由（再）使用。需要注意的是，Stability.ai运营的Dream Studio也要求生成产物遵循CC0 1.0许可，这与原模型许可证是兼容的。
• 派生模型要求：派生模型必须至少包含与本许可证相同或更严格的使用限制，同时保障相同或更多的自由。
