🚀 CoolerWaifuDiffusion模型

CoolerWaifuDiffusion模型是由特定模型融合而成的文本到圖像生成模型，可在colab的WebUI上運行，能生成具有特定風格的圖像，適用於動漫藝術創作等領域。

本模型是 CoolJapanDiffusion 2.1.1 和 WaifuDiffusion 1.4 anime epoch2 的融合模型，各模型的融合比例如ckpt文件名所示。你可以在colab的WebUI上運行該模型，具體操作如下：

使用以下命令下載模型文件：

注意事項

由於上傳者為日語母語者，若翻譯版本與日語原版存在含義差異，以日語原版 為準。

許可證概述

本模型採用的許可證是基於CreativeML Open RAIL-M進行自由主義解讀和重構的。在這種解讀下，CreativeML Open RAIL-M的限制仍然有效。

主要差異

• 違法性判斷：基於無罪推定原則，僅在有罪判定成立時認定違法（在有罪判定之前，即使看起來可能違反法律，許可方也不認為其違法）。例如，在日本，只要二次創作在一定範圍內且版權所有者不起訴，實際上不會被視為有問題。
• 產物版權：模型及派生模型的生成產物必須遵循公共領域（CC0 1.0）許可，確保包括生成者在內的任何人都可以自由（再）使用。需要注意的是，Stability.ai運營的Dream Studio也要求生成產物遵循CC0 1.0許可，這與原模型許可證是兼容的。
• 派生模型要求：派生模型必須至少包含與本許可證相同或更嚴格的使用限制，同時保障相同或更多的自由。
